Made of Rose Damascena and pink smell roses
All blossoms originate from my little rose garden where they can flourish together with marigold, lavender and Co...without pesticides and chemical fertilizers.

Like Rose's blossom jelly, they are harvested only being in full blossom and during morning sun.

Set with biological table wine which I buy from a wine-maker located in upper Waldviertel...maturation 8-10 weeks and refined with a little bit if Bourbon-Vanilla...

filtered ...and bottled..
At a long period of storage (readily up to two years)
its taste gets more intense!!!

Can be used with sparkling wine or prosecco as an appetizer...for refining of desserts, fruit salads, Ice-cream, sorbets or simply PURE as a crowning final evening after a successful evening meal.
